An Earthquake Drill Activity was organized at Lyceum of Alabang (LOA), September 11, headed by Building Management Office (BMO). The office informed LOA Collegiate and Senior High School (SHS) Leaders held at Basic Education Conference Room beforehand.
Engr. Ryan Reynoso, BMO discussed the implementation of the said program involving all LOA students and staff. The activity was done with three (3) batches:  10:00 – 10:30 AM;  3:00 – 4:00 PM; and  7:00 – 8:00 PM. He firmed the topic to the attendees including the Supreme Student Council (SSC), College Department Leaders, SHS Student Leaders, and other student bodies.
Reynoso presented the evacuation plan map for the earthquake and fire disasters and showed the assembly points after the alarming siren which was successfully obtained and managed: Point A and B at St. Peregrine’s Church, and Point C behind the school vicinity. He also mentioned survival tips and procedures on how to survive in cataclysm such as the basic Drop, Cover and Hold, and the Safety Triangle.
Furthermore, BMO presented the proper operation when it comes to maintenance; presenting manual operations and emergency preparedness procedures under the health and safety management.
The aim of BMO is to prepare the Lyceans in case an unexpected tragedy happen.
