Acquaintance Party 2009 ::

The Lyceum of Alabang once again sponsored the Acquaintance Party of the College Freshmen and many other students. The event was held in the Star Bazaar function room of Star Mall Alabang on September 12, 2009, Saturday Night. The students enjoyed the party from 7:00 PM ‘till 3:30AM the following day.

There were 850 students including 50 faculty/staff members who attended the party coming in groups. It was a night of fashion show beautiful evening! Everybody    seemed to be ready for the big event, the most awaited moment of music and dance, food and smile and the expected noise. This was their means of acquaintanceship.

The musical bands, including the Faculty Band, played their own numbers. Surprisingly, the faculty band received the “loudest applause” from fans. In the said band were Mr.Fritzgerard Ayap, Mr. Samuel Barbo, Mr. Harlan Lauson, Mr.Albert Cordel and Mr. Louie Desiderio.

Before the party ended Jumel Morgadez and Rachelle Cuenca became the popular King and Queen of the Night respectively. They were the wish, though not known yet, of the College President, Dr. Danilo V. Ayap, when he delivered his simple speech. His wish highlighted the early morning cynosure.

The busiest and most responsible, person that night was Ms. Rose Narciso the President of Supreme Student Council.

That was an event to remember. Those things remembered carried those thins forgotten. Anyway there still is a room for improvement. The Research and Development Office is here to stay under Dr. Nazario P. Angeles Jr.
