Dr. Danilo V. Ayap and Corporate Partners sharing the same passion for higher education and technology, well-experienced and highly competent people founded Lyceum of Alabang on October 2003 with its original name as the National College of Science and Technology (NCST) in KM 88 GNT Building, Putatan, Muntinlupa City. The founding of the college was marked by a remarkable vision and the abiding Faith in God of the founders and in the decisive role of education and technology in raising the quality of life of the people. During the first term of operation, with 580 students enrolled unexpectedly, the board of trustees offered two (2) full years of CHED and TESDA programs including BSBA, BSIT, BSCS, BSHRM, HRS, ACT, ECT and ComSec.
With the untiring marketing activities of the institution, the enrollment continually increased to offer more courses in the Tourism and Hospitality Management Vocational Education, recognized and accredited by CHED and TESDA. Dr. Danilo V. Ayap with concurrence with the member of the board on April 2004, amended its SEC Registration from being a private corporation to a family owned corporation.
