The newly elected officers of the Supreme Student Council (SSC), officers of different organizations and each class Presidents of their respective classes, together with their advisers attended Seminar-Workshop and took their oath in Multipurpose Hall of Lyceum of Alabang last August 6, 2010.

The program started with warm welcome of Dr. Marnito C. Muñoz, the Director for Academic Affairs. The next in line was the presentation of Basic Elements and Importance of Leadership by first resource speaker Prof. Eduardo P. Jove, Director for Student Affairs which the students were enlightened the true meaning and significance of Leadership. Lyceans were very much earned knowledge on how to build dynamic and effective Club program by last resource speaker Prof. Albert Bayoneta. After sharing the speaker’s wisdom, a club workshop was successfully conducted by each club organizations by making their club programs for the whole school year.

During Lunch of the said event, the Artes Liceo de Teatro Alabang performed organized and entertaining intermission number with a group of next professional.
The continuation of each officer of different clubs presented their proposed programs in making their goals and objectives be met.

It was then blessed by the holy mass as the celebration of first Friday mass headed by Prof. Iluminada Bueno (Dean, HRM) with Rev. Fr. Amado Gino of Mary Mother of God together with his open-hearted staff in serving God.

Next was the induction of all officers of their respective organization headed by Prof. Eduardo P. Jove and our beloved President/CEO, Dr. Danilo V. Ayap.
And the very awaited event – the Oath Taking Ceremony of the Supreme Student Council with their adviser Prof. Jennette Cornejo / program coordinator. It was conducted with the presentation of symbolism of the SSC logo. The proper solemn ceremony continued which was headed by the ever supportive Prof. Eduardo P. Jove, Dr. Marnito C. Muñoz, and Dr. Danilo V. Ayap.

Then, the turnover speech of former SSC president, Ms. Rosemarie Narciso Currently Secretary for Academic Affairs. She emphasized that the success of an organization is not through the quantity but through quality of the projects.

At last was the acceptance speech delivered by newly elected SSC President, Mr. Mark Jared Gascon. He quoted “Today I pledge not as a President but a devoted servant to all.”
