For Freshmen and Old Students

Step 1 - Fill out Application Form

- Secure and Fill-out the Admission Form at the Admission's Office.

Step 2 - Admission Requirements

- Submit the original copy of the prescribed admission requirements at the
Admissions Office.

Step 3 - Interview and Evaluation

- Proceed to the Dean's Office of the college where the applicant intends to
pursue a course for the initial interview and evaluation.

Step 4 - Subject Listing

- Proceed to the Registrar Dept. for subject listing and Assessment.

Step5 - Payment of Tuition fee

- Pay school fees at the Finance Department.

Step 6 - Confirm Enrollment

- Proceed to the Student Affairs Office (OSA) for the processing of Identification Card (ID) and to Registrar Dept. for distribution of Class cards.

For Transferees

Step 1 - Admission Requirements
