The Student Affairs Office empowers students to attain their goals toward total development/self-realization by providing them with relevant activities opportunities and
challenges that will make them globally competitive, upright, and discipline individuals.
Policies of Student Activities
1. Only recognized organizations shall be allowed to solicit funds upon approval of the
OSA.
2. A fund raising activity must be motivated by an objective that is consistent with the
trust of the sponsoring recognized organization and/or the objectives and the school.
3. A social affair sponsored by the school property should be properly supervised by the faculty moderator and others who maybe authorized to do so. A service of a police, in addition to the school guards may be employed for the occasion.
4. Security of the participants must be observed.
5. Cleanliness must be observed and maintained.
6. Taking drugs,smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited .
7. If tickets are to be sold, prior approval and official stamp from the OSA must be secured before its distribution. student s organization groups or club granted the permission to hold the fund raising project shall submit a financial reprot to the OSA one week after the activity .Likewise audited activities ' financial report concerning all organization's activities must be submitted in four copies every end of th semester
.Faiilure to comply mean cancellationof recognition.
9. For off-campus activities ,a waiver duly signed by the parent/guardithe an of the student is required .
10. The Faculty members or employees shall initiate students participationto an education field trip,picnic ,excursion etc. without the prior written consent by the parents and approval of the OSA . Faculty members should accompany the students to ensure their safety and welfare in going to returning from field trip.
Duties and Responsibilities
In accordance with the Education Act of 1982, students shall have the following duties and responsibilities, in addition to others provided for under the existing laws;
1. To exert their utmost in the development of their potentialities for service particularly by undergoing an education suited to their abilities in order that they may become assets to their families and society.
2. To uphold the academic integrity of the school, endeavor to achieve academic excellence, and abide by the school rules and regulations governing their academic responsibilities and moral integrity.
3. To promote and maintain the peace and tranquility of the school observing the school rules of discipline and exerting efforts towards the attainment of harmonious relationship with fellow students, faculty and other school personnel.
4 To participate actively in civic affairs and in the promotion of the general welfare, particularly in the socio-economic and cultural development of the community towards the attainment of just, compassionate and orderly society.
5. To exercise their right with the sense of responsibility and with the knowledge that they are answerable for any infringement or violation of the general welfare or the rights of others.
