ADDING/ DROPPING OF SUBJECTS

Announcement from the College Registrar:

ADDING AND DROPPING OF SUBJECTS is scheduled until FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2020 only. Last day to WITHDRAW, ADDING OR DROPPING of ENROLLMENT is on MONDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2020. Here is the process for Adding and Dropping of Subjects.

  1. Email your respective Dean/Program Chair for the approval of your subjects to be added and/or dropped.
  2. *Please secure the approval of your Department Head in dropping and/or adding of subjects.
  3. The Dean/Program Chair will forward the approved subjects to the designated evaluators.
  4. The evaluators will prepare the advising form to be forwarded to the ITM department.
  5. ITM will send the email to the student including the assessed fee.
  6. Proceed with the payment either thru online or on-site.
  7. Email the updated registration form to your respective Dean/Program Chair.
